Dr. Marcy Crouch is a board-certified Women’s Health Physical Therapist and the founder of The Down There Doc® and Auburn Women’s Physical Therapy & Wellness. Her mission is to revolutionize the way women prepare for and recover from birth by providing expert pelvic floor care, compassionate education, and practical resources that help women move, heal, and live without pain or shame. Through her online platform, courses, and national speaking work, Dr. Marcy is changing the conversation around postpartum recovery and pelvic health—making evidence-based care accessible to women everywhere. At her Alabama-based clinic, she and her team provide hands-on, individualized care for women at every stage of life, from pregnancy and postpartum to menopause and beyond.
